We believe that bespoke jewellery deserves a bespoke delivery experience. Because our pieces are handcrafted specifically for you, we have replaced the standard courier process with a personal, face-to-face handoff to ensure your absolute satisfaction.
1. The Bespoke Journey
Every piece at Zevari London is custom-made. From the moment your order is received, it becomes our top priority. As your jewellery is being brought to life, we provide:
* Progress Updates: Real-time updates on the craftsmanship stages.* Visual Confirmation: High-resolution photos of your piece as it nears completion.
* Timeline Transparency: Accurate estimates on finishing dates so you can plan accordingly.
2. Face-to-Face Delivery
To ensure the integrity of our work and the security of your investment, we deliver all orders in person.
* Once your piece is ready, a member of our team will coordinate a private delivery at a location and time convenient for you.
* This allows you to inspect the craftsmanship, verify the fit, and see the brilliance of the stones in person before the transaction is finalized.
3. Our "Satisfaction First" Payment Guarantee
We operate on a foundation of trust and excellence. Unlike traditional retailers, we do not require final settlement until the piece is in your hands.
* Inspection: You will have the opportunity to fully inspect your bespoke item during the face-to-face delivery.
* Payment: We only take final payment once you are fully satisfied with the finished result.
* Refinement: If the piece requires any minor adjustments to meet your expectations, we will take it back to our workshop and reschedule a delivery once it is perfect.
4. Scheduling Your Delivery
Once your item has passed our final quality control, we will contact you via your preferred method (Phone, WhatsApp, or Email) to arrange the handover. Please ensure you have a valid ID present during the delivery for security purposes.
