We strive to display designs and gemstones accurately. However, variations in screens and resolutions mean colour, scale, and brilliance may differ slightly from the physical piece viewed in natural light.

We provide regular updates throughout the crafting process, including estimated completion timelines, ensuring you are part of the journey from design to final polish.
The Zevari Handover
We personally deliver every bespoke piece. This face-to-face handover allows you to inspect and fall in love with your jewellery in our presence, ensuring complete satisfaction.

Due to our commitment to personal delivery and high-touch service, we operate exclusively within the United Kingdom.
Security & Peace of Mind
Your jewellery remains in our hands until safely placed in yours, eliminating third-party courier risks.
Final Approval
Once you inspect the piece during personal delivery and confirm satisfaction, the commission is considered successfully completed.
5. Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee
Because we specialise in bespoke commissions, we operate a unique satisfaction policy in place of traditional returns.
Bespoke Exclusions
Custom-made and engraved items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold. Once accepted and paid for, refunds or exchanges are not offered.
The “No-Obligation” Guarantee
If, at the time of personal handover, you are not 100% satisfied, you are under no obligation to complete the purchase or make payment.
Final Acceptance
After personal delivery and payment, the transaction is considered final, confirming your approval of the finished piece.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and jewellery designs — is the property of Zevari London and protected by international copyright laws. No portion may be reproduced, duplicated, or sold without express written permission.
7. Warranty & Limitation of Liability
3-Year Craftsmanship Warranty
Every bespoke piece is covered by a three-year warranty from the date of delivery.
What Is Covered
* Defects in craftsmanship
* Structural integrity of the setting
* Manufacturing faults (repaired free of charge)
What Is Not Covered
* General wear and tear
* Accidental damage
* Gemstone loss due to impact
* Damage from improper care (harsh chemicals or abrasive surfaces)
Third-Party Alterations
Any resizing or repair carried out by a jeweller other than Zevari London will void this warranty.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
