Zevari London

Terms & Conditions

At Zevari London, we pride ourselves on crafting bespoke, personalised jewellery that tells your unique story. By using our website or purchasing our hand-finished creations, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully to understand how we bring your custom vision to life.

1. General Conditions

Zevari London reserves the right to refuse service or decline a bespoke commission at our discretion.

While we take every precaution to protect your data, you understand that content may be transferred unencrypted across networks to meet technical service requirements.

2. Products & Artistry

We celebrate the individuality of every custom-made jewellery piece.

Handcrafted Authenticity

Each creation is bespoke and hand-finished. Natural gemstones and handcrafted metals may display slight variations in inclusions, texture, or finish. These characteristics are not defects, but hallmarks of authentic artistry and organic beauty.

Digital Representation

We strive to display designs and gemstones accurately. However, variations in screens and resolutions mean colour, scale, and brilliance may differ slightly from the physical piece viewed in natural light.

Made-to-Order Process

We do not carry mass-produced stock. Every item is meticulously crafted to order. As each piece is individually made, subtle variations may occur — a natural result of true bespoke craftsmanship.

Availability

We reserve the right to limit sales by person or geographic region.

3. Pricing & Payments

Price Adjustments

  • Prices may change without notice due to fluctuations in precious metal and gemstone markets.
  • Custom commissions are priced according to specific design requirements.
  • Any design modifications, additions, or gemstone upgrades requested after the initial quotation may result in a price adjustment.

Payment Terms

We operate on a foundation of confidence and trust. Final payment is requested only once your jewellery is fully crafted and you are 100% satisfied with the finished piece. This ensures the final creation aligns perfectly with your vision before the transaction is completed.

4. Delivery & Personal Handover

At Zevari London, delivery is as exceptional as the piece itself.

Progress Updates

We provide regular updates throughout the crafting process, including estimated completion timelines, ensuring you are part of the journey from design to final polish.

The Zevari Handover

We personally deliver every bespoke piece. This face-to-face handover allows you to inspect and fall in love with your jewellery in our presence, ensuring complete satisfaction.

Geographic Focus

Due to our commitment to personal delivery and high-touch service, we operate exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Security & Peace of Mind

Your jewellery remains in our hands until safely placed in yours, eliminating third-party courier risks.

Final Approval

Once you inspect the piece during personal delivery and confirm satisfaction, the commission is considered successfully completed.

5. Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

Because we specialise in bespoke commissions, we operate a unique satisfaction policy in place of traditional returns.

Bespoke Exclusions

Custom-made and engraved items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold. Once accepted and paid for, refunds or exchanges are not offered.

The “No-Obligation” Guarantee

If, at the time of personal handover, you are not 100% satisfied, you are under no obligation to complete the purchase or make payment.

Final Acceptance

After personal delivery and payment, the transaction is considered final, confirming your approval of the finished piece.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and jewellery designs — is the property of Zevari London and protected by applicable copyright laws. No portion may be reproduced, duplicated, or sold without express written permission.

7. Warranty & Limitation of Liability
